Refund/Cancellation Policy

There is a strict no refund policy as each item is carefully checked and handmade to order. Refunds will not be given if wrong information is provided by the customer.

Does every print look the same?

No, each item is stamped and pressed individually. This will lead to variations in the ink density, darkness/lightness, placement, etc. If you have questions or concerns about the variations, please ask prior to purchasing. I want you to be 100% happy with the product you receive :)

Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders! Please note: if you request a custom order, it will most likely take longer to ship. The actual ship time will also depend on how quickly I receive responses from you. Average extra time length is 1-2 extra business days.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale pricing is available. Contact me for rates and minimum purchase requirements.

I want a state/country/city that I don't see, what do I do?

Send me a message! Let me know what you're looking for and what size. I'll confirm with you so you know it'll be available soon. 

What is the minimum USPS mailing requirement?

To send a letter via USPS, the card must be a minimum 3 1/2" x 5" and a thickness of 0.007" (or about the thickness of an index card).

Shape Options

If you do not want a heart, I have a star option for the notecards and 8" x 10" prints. Make sure to add it to the message section when purchasing so I know. Otherwise the default is a heart.

I have a question, when can I expect a response?

My business hours are 10:00am - 4:00pm CST Monday-Friday. I try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
